My 9800pro ONLY scoring 18k in AquaMark3

Just a few days ago i installed my sapphire 128mb 9800pro and havent had much luck with it. It has been scoring like sh** in benchmarking with the catalyst 4.6 driveer. i have tryed to install catalyst 4.7 but when i restart like it says windows incurs a major error and i have to go back to last sucessful boot. So i did that unistalled it and tryed again. Same. went back redownloaded it again and same prob yet again. Then i tried to install 4.9 and it wont let me continue installation because it says i am missing somethin? What the heck is going on? and why is it only scoring 18k with 4.6 driver i still have yet to solve. HELP PLEASE

do you have an onboard video, or a older videocard installed before the 9800 pro. if so you must delete those drivers before installing the new one.

I don't have onboard Video. I now get blue screens of death when loading, so I am going to format. We'll see what happens after the format.
