Question Nvidia driver info

I was looking at my video card driver info, and noticed that I saw that video card name is:

NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti4200 (Microsoft Corporation)

For the record I just installed a fresh copy of XP Pro SP2 as well as the Intel chipset driver.

The video driver is pretty recent, but I have not downloaded any drivers from the Nvidia website. It just appeared after installing the chipset driver.

Before I reinstalled it never had the Microsoft Corporation name and its even signed by Windows Publisher. I'd always have to go to the Nvidia website to get the drivers after a fresh install.

Do any of you have this? I was just wondering how I got this particular video driver without even going to the nvidia website.

SP2 probably installed an updated generic driver.
