Modem Problem
Hi all,
I have a home buisness that I run and have need to record phone calls. Question is, I bought software that records the phone calls as they come in over the modem. I have a GTW V.92 VoiceModem and it only allows the call to be 1 min long and then cuts it off. I have tried different softward and everytime it only allows the modem to record for 1 min, so i figure its a modem configuration problem. Anyone out there that might have any idea i would appreciate some help. I talked to the people that make the software and they run though a bunch of things but ended up telling me its something with the modem. thanks |
