Lcd help
My friend is interested in an lcd monitor, but I'm not sure what too look for in terms of contrast and response time and any other applicable attributes. Any specific suggestions mroe than welcome as well.

You want low response time. If he play FPS games he'll need a response time under 15... but if just RTS games or productivity work anything should do -- Samsung time and time again has been proven to make the best LCD's.

If you wait a couple weeks mitsubishi is getting ready to relase a monitor to trash the competition. they have pioneered a new technology that Greatly reduces responce time of their monitors by 100% or more. Here is the article.
