video playback stutters
i built an abit nf7-s and have noticed that the video playback from a mpeg on the hdd jerks and the sound is jerky like it almost is trying to repeat itself before it moves on several times per second.
the video card is a VGA PWRCLR|SIS XABER200 64M X20L-B1 (Serial#: 08evqg02000001r) from newegg. i installed the driver from the cd but even on dvd playback [with power dvd installed] it still does it. ideas?? should i try upgrade to media player 9 thankx, ray. p.s. this has happened since i built this system and carried over a hdd with win98se and reinstalled the hdwe. |
