New VGA Charts

Hey,

Just a heads up for everyone, but Tom's Hardware just released a new version of their VGA Charts (IV) - a good guidline generally of where the graphics are for a card. But be sure to remember this - benchmarks don't play games, YOU do - these are guidlines, not absolute rules.
