head phones
I need some head phones for listening to music while recording vocals on pc. I would also use them some in gaming. what do you think about these. Or recommend something else in that price range?

I've had a lot of experience with Sony headphones (own two) and I can say their sound is terrific - second to only Bose Headphones. I would recommend it fully - studio monitor headphones should be adequate for gaming...dunno how that would work though.

Those headphones are $15 cheaper with shipping HERE at Newegg. They look good to me. I have never used them so I really can't say how good they sound. Sennheiser also makes excellent headphones. Among the best in my opinion.

I second Hi Ho's recommendation. Sennheiser is one of the best (if not THE Best) IMHO. Their only drawback is their price tag. But keep in mind that the sound quality also depends on the specs of your system (particularly the sound card). No sense in wasting a $150 Sennheiser if you're going to plug it into a $10 sound card.
Btw, I played Doom 3 with my Sennheiser. And up to this day, I'm still freaked out by that game (I'm such a wuss ^_^). I could clearly hear the game sounds and the location of the sounds. It's very handy since it gave me a heads up on where the imps are.
