Problem with FlyTV prime 30 FM capture card

I have a problem with this card, It worked fine until I installed the Windows XP SP-2 and the new version of the capture software TVR 3.21.400 (this new version is an upgrade for SP-2) and the driver 3.25, when I try to run the program it displays the error "This graph cannot preview" I have followed step by step all the suggestion in the manual, and even changed the card of PCI slot, I uninstalled the previus software before installing the new just like the download site suggest, and it still doesn`t work.

Ok the problems was that the new version sets the capture settings to UYVY instead of YUY2, so setting this to YUY2 fix the problem, this option is in the recording settings tab, I don`t know if this is effect of the SP-2 of XP or what, because the previus version set this option to YUY2.

I think that the Lifeview technical support team must include this error and the solution in the manual, because the online support is very bad. I have never get an answer from they.
