Problem with sound blaster installation
I just installed my new sound blaster live! 24-bit card and went through the entire installation. After all this, my sound isnt working. It says my installation was successful and everything should be fine, however, when i go to device manager it says under 'other devices' that it doesnt have a multimedia audio controller. I'm like ***....ive gotton all the recent updates etc. Also, in the settings for the sound blaster, when i click on speaker settings, it tells me its unable to load needed components, pls reinstall the application. I have reinstalled 3 times and done everything that I think can be done. What is going on, can someone help me pls?

nevermind i finally fixed it, i installed it into another pci slot and it works fine. thanks
