Buying a new monitor
I was thinking of buying a LCD monitor to connect my laptop to when I am using it at my desk. I would like to get a good 19 inch monitor, hopefully for less than $600. Are there any suggestions? These are the ones that I have been leaning towards, but I just want to make sure no one has had any bad experiences with any of these.
SAMSUNG 910T-Black 19" LCD Monitor- $529 http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...001-160&DEPA=1 Rosewill R910E 19" LCD Monitor Model - R910E- $408 http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...021-003&DEPA=1 PRINCETON LCD19D 19" LCD Monitor w/ Stereo Speakers -RETAIL-$488 http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...008-011&DEPA=1 I think that the Samsung looks like the best option, but what does everyone else think? Feel free to suggest other monitors that are not included. Thanks for your input. cameroth |

I would go with the Samsung, too. It seems like the most reliable from the ones you listed.

Forget about that Samsung model if you want to play games or watch movies.
Well, Samsung is a good brand for monitors, and they make good quality monitors. The problem is that this particular model uses PVA technology, which is slow. For "office" use (like Word, Excel etc.) it'll be fine. RJ
