DirectX 9.0 messed up my sound?
ok... i just bought Star Wars Battlefront, and it wanted me to install directX 9 (which i already had installed, but it wouldnt let me play without installing it) now the sound on my comp is messed up compleatly... i have sound, but only some. Like when i listen to music, the normal instramentals sound right, but the voices are really low volume... so low its really hard to even notice its there.
i did try restoring my computer and updating my sound drivers (SoundMAX onboard sound) i looked around but didnt find anything similar to my problem... |

DirectX pertains to graphics in general...it may physically be a hardware problem. Be sure that all cords are all the way in or the software problem that the master sound is adjusted accordingly.
