I have seen that kind of thing before. I doubt it would work well enough to be watchable. The room would have to be pitch black in order to see anything. Why do you think real projectors have super bright $300 light bulbs in them? A CRT screen simply isn't bright enough for that. If you want to try it though $10 isn't much to lose.
I wouldn't trust that site though.

After doing some research, on that "Special lens", it turned out to be just a normal, magnifying sheet used to magnify books that are written in size 5 font
, So what would a man like me do, when he is dieing to try this out. So i went to the Dollar store and bought The same magnifying sheet that they are selling, and put it infront of my 13" t.v. and shut down all the light in the room, i took some time to adjust the picture to get about 35" projection on the wall, but it wasnt that sharp and the picture was upside down so to do that to get a upright image, i have to flip my t.v., So my advice to anyone out there, The magnifying lens is just B.S., dont buy it. and again thanks to you allG-Dogg |

The link at the bottom of the page to "buy now" says "merchant account closed". Stay away from this scam, imo.
