crippled?

about christmas or a bit after i'm looking to upgrade my video card in my computer to most likely a 6800GT from my 128mb 9800 pro. what i'm wondering is, since my processor runs at relatively low clock speeds, will the video card be bottlenecked and not able to run to it's full capacity? my specs

AMD Athlon64 3200+ (2.2GHz)
1024mb DDR400
128mb 9800 Pro
Asus K8V Deluxe mobo
110gig 7,200rpm hard drive with 8mb cache
and as soon as my dad lets me pop open my case i'll know my psu.

Although the processor has a low clockspeed the architechure is very efficent, meaning it performs on par with faster (clockspeed wise) intel chips. I don't think it will noticably bottleneck performance, although in terms of benchmarks and artificial tests it will probably make a difference.

I believe it is 380W but you could always try www.google.com to get proof.

The eVGA 6800GT instructions recommended a 350W minimum PS, I went with 400W to be safe and has worked great with Doom3 on max.
