Need Help Selecting Video Capture card.

Well as the title says, I need help selecting a video capture card. PC specs are in my sig.

I was about to get the ATI TV Wonder Pro

Then I came across the LeadTek Personal Digital Video Recorder.

I know there is a nice price difference but the Leadtek sounds like a very nice card. I'll be using the capture card for the following:

1. Transfer Home Movies from Video Camera to PC then burn to DVD. The Leadtek has a "DirectBurn" feature to directly burn video to DVD, which sounds very nice. The ATI doesn't have that feature.

2. Hookup my VCR so I can convert my old VHS movies to DVD. I know how I can hook up the VCR to the ATI, but I'm confused on how to hook it up to the Leadtek

3. Watching TV while browsing the internet or doing other duties.

4. Hooking up my PS2 so I can use my nice surround speakers for my games. Only thing that has me confused about this is I don't see the three RCA inputs needed for my PS2 w/the Leadtek that I DO see w/the ATI.

If I know for sure the leaktek will accept my PS2 and VCR perfectly w/out problems then I want the Leadtek. I need a capture card that will take care of all 4 of my needs. Display quality is also important, I don't want fuzzy video.

If anyone could give me some insight on which one of these two would be best, then please lay on me. Also, if anyone can suggest another option that would be great too.

Thank You in advance.
