Volume equalization

I want to equalize the volume of all my music files, I have both MP3's and WMA's. Does anyone know of any software that can equalize the volume of all the files?

Musicmatch has the capibility to do it with MP3's only. I'm not sure if the new versions of winamp do equalization or not.

I'm talking about equalising them and saving them, its so they can be moved to the MP3 player and be of equal volume.
