Freezing Problem w/ ATI Radeon 9800 Pro

I just got a brand new ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (128MB) but now my computer freezes randomly. My drivers and bios are all up to date.
Any sugguestions?

AMD Athelon XP 2800+
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe Mobo
1 GB of RAM
2 WD Raptor 36.7 GB HDs- RAID 0
TurboLink 420 Watt PS

I had the exact same problem with the exact same set up in system. The problem was that i wasnt running the RAM sticks in the right spot. I had the 2 ram sticks in the first and second DIMM, which caused freezing. Now i run it in the second and third DIMM, which lets the dual-channel feature run, and now i have no problem whats so ever.

Also try putting the nforce drivers back a few, it seemed to help my performance, but maybe thats just me :P. (try this after the RAM situation)

I switched the slots that the RAM was in but it still freezes. I think I'm sending it back and getting an Nvidia. Never had any trouble with my last card.

The problem is that my motherboard has an Nvidia chipset that doesn't play well with any ATI-based video card
