video card for HTPC

Right now I'm running a ATI 9600xt and The only resolution that looks good is 1280/720. It has alot of overscan and I can not get it to look right with powerstrip. I have read all the faq's and guides to powerstrip but can't get it to fit right. My projection screens native size is 1070/600, are there any video cards that can put out that resolution?

Thanks

1070x600 is not a standard computer resolution. Is this a TV projector?
