I would try a few runs of 3DMark 200x (depending on the age of the card, replace x with 1,3, or 5). Trying it out in a different system would be good as well.

Is it overclocked? How hot is it when running? What is the brand and model of the card? If it is not overclocked, and running quite cool, then I would look if it is still under warranty.
Generally artifacts mean overheating, or overclocking too far, or too much heat from overclocking. It could also mean bad drivers, try downloading the latest nVidia drivers. The card could be damaged. |
