Windows Media 9.0
Question for anyone (Help!!): Last couple of months I have been geting the following message whenever I try to download a sound file from the net.
"Windows Media Player cannot play this file. Connect to the Internet or insert the removable media on which the file is located, and then try to play the file again." I thought maybe My Windows Media Player had gotten corupted so I downloaded Windows Media 9.0 over the top of the old one and still the same message. I've tryed to reconfigure the thing but I can't find out where or what to do. Any Ideas?? Thanks for your help, Matt |

Are you behind a firewall or recently upgrade to SP2? You may need to give Media Player rights to access the internet. Does MP work with CD's/local music?
