Dual Monitors

Ok, I just got a new monitor and I wanted to hook both up to my computer. My graphics card (Gefoce3 TI) says it can hold two monitors, but in the settings it only shows "single display". It's starting to piss me off..I want two monitors, my graphics card supposedly can do this but the best thing it has done is switch from one computer to the other. (the display that is). I have restarted my computer. Both monitors were on. I dled the graphics card driver again too. Like, I can switch from one monitor to the other, but I can't utilize both at the same time. It's bugging me.

If anyone can help, that'd be great...

Also, what if XP doesn't recognize that I have two monitors set up? Like..when I go to right click>properties>advanced, it only shows one monitor at a time.
