Good video card, game plays choppy

I have a Dell Dimension 4100 pc. It came with a 32mb GeForce2 GTS video card that I just replaced with a brand new (still in box) 256mb Radeon 9600 Pro card. Downloaded the latest drivers from ATI.com. I re-installed Medal of Honor but it plays the same as when I was using the GeForce. I cant have all the video controls way up cause the game plays choppy. I was thinking that the 9600 Pro would be a good card. I was bored so I re-installed a clean version of windows Xp, downloaded latest drivers again and put medal of Honor back on only to have same results.

Any ideas???

PIII, 1Ghz
256ram
Radeon 9600 Pro, 256mb

It's probably the slow processor and low RAM that's making the game studder.

Thanks,

I have been planning on getting more RAM. Hopefully that will help.

Make sure you check the game requirements on the box of your game. I believe your CPU and RAM are a bit underpowered for that game...
