Where is True Color?

Hmm... I have this old computer, and in the Display Settings section, all it only shows is 16 Colors/256 Colors/High Color.... But no True Color! Where is True Color? Oh, that old comp's Video card is Pheonix S3 Trio 64V+ PCI Turbo Boosted. Is it the driver's problem, or something else? The Video Mem. is only 1MB. I remembered that my another old 486 computer which doesn't even have ANY PCI slots (the slots are darn LONG, don't know what's the name: MCA or VESA or stuff) with the Avance Logic 1MB Video Card. But that rusty old thing has True Color! Oh, what's happening?

if it does not show the option for true color, then you eather do not have the correct drivers installed or the card does not support it.
