Intel Extreme Graphics controler 2

I had on my old desktop integrated grapichs, Intel Extreme Graphics Controler, and I now have seen Intel Extreme Graphics Controler 2. I was curious how well it preforms? I played Star Wars Jedi Academy with out a problem on my old PC. Here is an ASUS mobo with these Intel 2 graphics. Here
Thanx

Integrated graphics aren't good for serious gaming of any type. If you are planning on playing newer games then don't go with onboard video. I you just want to play a few older games from time to time onboard should be fine.

I wasn't but my parents are getting a new PC and were wondering about it. They run games for little kids. Games like Backyard soccer and educational games.

I have a very old Intel Extreme Graphics in my HP machine and it handled everything I threw at it (until Half Life...). I'd say if no "extreme" gaming are going to take place, it's a viable option.

Yes kiddie games will be the best games on it. The only games my parents play are solitare and my dad plays Internet Spades. I'll tell them to get that.
