Output to two sound devices

As I have yet to get my microsphone to work on my sound card, I want to try another solution that is what I originally wanted. I love my 5.1 surround sound, and don't want to have to ditch it in games for headphones. Also, when I get the voices through my speakers, they are distorted from all the other sounds. Is there any way to set up my sound, all programs output sound to my speakers, EXCEPT Teamspeak, which will receive mic input and output the voices to my headset through my onboard sound? So this way my headphones will be voices only, and my speakers everything else? I'm looking for a setup similar to the way voices are handled over xbox live. Is it even possible to use two sound devices on a single system in this way? Thanks, and I hope you can help me solve this dilemma.
