TV Out on Dell Latitude C600

I was recently given a latitude C600. I am trying to hook up the S-VIDEO TV Out and nothing shows up on the screen. The Dell User guide says to go in the to the system setup (F2 when booting) and make sure it is set to NTSC. There is nothing in the setup program about the TV Out.

Send a message via ICQ to RJ
Connect the laptop to the TV via S-Video. Then, in windows, in the properties of display, select the TV out instead of the laptop's monitor as the output device.
You probably can't use the laptop monitor and the TV at the same time.

I finally found my problem. I didn't have the proper display driver loaded. I had checked the version (which was from MS) of the driver and it was the same as the one at Dell, but the Dell one had extra software to switch the displays.
