Driver error.

hi,I've had the following message 3 times now,and the screen went funny like it was in safe mode, can anyone help me please?-

"DISPLAY DRIVER HAS STOPPED WORKING

the ati display driver has stopped working normally, reboot the system to restore full display functionality, the next time you reboot the machine,a dialogue will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Microsoft."

But after a reboot a message comes up saying"the system has recovered from a serious error"

what does it all mean?I'm on windows XP.thank you mjts2345

Send a message via MSN to mikezel
Download the latest drivers from ati.com, uninstall your old ones, and install them. Post back with whether it works or not.
