Smile Audio problems

Hello
Can anyone please assist with this problem?
I have a Compro Videomate TV PCI Card (PVR/FM) which I am very happy with. The book tells me that to upgrade to stereo I need to buy a Stereo 3.5mm Jack to Twin Phono Lead. I have bought one but unfortunately the book/website/help doesn't tell you where the plugs go or if to remove the old mono connection to the soundcard/mainboard then fit it. I have detailed my current set up below.

Present Compro Set up: (x = port empty)

Port 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
FM Ant IR x Audio to Board x x

Present Mainboard setup:

Port 1 (Line in) Port 4 (Line out Rear Channels)
Compro Audio cable in x

Port 2 (Line out Front Channels) Port 5 (Line out Centre/Subwoofer)
To Speakers cable x

Port 3 (Microphone) Port 6 (SPDIF Out Optical Jack)
x x

There is also a SPDIF Out Coaxial jack plug on the board.
Many thanks in advance.
