External (Firewire or USB) tv tuner
I want one for college so that I can persue my hobby of video editing. What one would be the best? Best bang for buck?

The most recent issue of MaximumPC just reviewed the ATI external TV Tuner and gave it good reviews. It's the "TV Wonder USB 2.0". I think they gave it like an 8 out of 10.
