Help! What can I use to attach a Heatsink to my video card?

I have an old geforce 2 card that has a broken fan/heatsink and I have a heatsink from an old PIII processor.

I wanted to glue/attach the PIII heatsink to the Geforce 2 card.

The heatsink is too small to line up with the holes around the GPU on the card.

Is there an adhesive that would hold the weight of a heavy heatsink.

I don't want to spend much on the card, the mew system I'm building is just for someone who will be surfing the web and sending e-mails.
