BenQ LCD 17" FP737s - Keeps BLACKING out!

I bought my this monitor brand new last August. I've never had a single problem with it until now.

I'll turn my monitor on, and it lights up showing the BenQ logo, then it switches to displaying my actual desktop. However, it only stays on for 3 seconds and then goes completely black. No matter what I do it stays like this unless I turn off my monitor then turn it on again, in which case it does the same thing over and over again.

I've tried replacing the power, and connector cords. I've also tried switching monitors, and this monitor blacks out on everyone's computer. I'm using a different LCD now, and I have no problems.

I don't always leave my monitor on, I always turn it off when it's not in use. I've felt the back of it and it never feels HOT, only slightly warm.

Anyone have any suggestions?

That's what a warranty is for.

Thanks glc. I figured I'd have to return it to the manufacturer, but I wanted to make sure that no one else had any suggestions.

Well, it's been a while since I posted this thread... however I've finally come to a resolution. I called up BenQ technical support and after giving them some brief information about my monitor, they said that they'll replace it no problem. They sent me a FedEx carrier for my old monitor, then sent me a new monitor after a week. Everything works fine now. Just thought I'd pass along my wonderful ( ) experience. Look-out DELL, here comes BenQ support!
