HELP PLEASE! Computer crashes while trying to play games such as half life 2

Hi guys, New here. I NEED HELP. My computer just a week and a half old crash when i try to play games like half life 2. It will lose video signal and a alarm kind of noise come out of the speakers. When i press the reset button i can see the HDD trying to reboot but no video signal still. I have to reset the Power supply for everything to work again. I don't know whats the problem. Everything is updated to lastest drivers. This did not happen the first few tim ei played games on it. Is it the PS, video Card, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

System:
Intel P4 3.2 800 FSB northwood
MOBO Asus p4c800-e deluxe
2 Kingston 1 GB DDR pc3200 running on dual channel
ATI All-in-wonder X800 XT
Cooler master case Centurion 5 with 350w PS
Windows xp sp2
2 Sata Hard drives(western digital OEM raptor 10,000rpm 73g and Caviar
160g at 7200rpm)
1 Sony DVD-R "DRU-800a"
1 lite-on dvd room
1 120mm fan
3 80mm fan


P.s
When system first crash case was very hot and now everytime it crashes the video card is hot. now it will load half life or Counter strike for about 1 min play then crash. please help i'm so lost.

Install Asus Probe, and post the temperatures and voltages, please. Make sure the video card fan is working.

How are the case fans installed? Which are intakes and which are exhausts?

should i exhchange Video card?

here the info you wanted, thank you for helping.

current just turned on:
CPU Temp @ 27C/80F usually around 30-35c
MB Temp @ 24c/75F usually around 28-30c

+12V value: 11.734
+5V Value: 5.053
+3.3V Value: 3.344
Vcore value: 1.616

Video card fan is on. I disconnected two 80mm fans.

Why did you disconnect the two 80mm fans? Have you tried the system with the fans reconnected and running?

Are the two 80mm fans up front, on the back, on the side panel or up top?

i disconnected the two fans to see if it was my ps. the two are intake in the front panel.

This may or may not be the problem, however that 350W PSU may be having some trouble powering such a big system, especially the P4 and both HDD's along with a x800.

Just a thought.

ok....not Power supply. just bought an antec 480w neopower power supply and still does it. I am going to send my video card back to newegg to get new one and hoppfully it will be fix. if anyone esle can help please HELP!!!!. and thankyou to all that replied.

woooo whooooooo. got my new videocard in..computer is now fixed.So iguess it was the video card. I benchmarked 5472. Is that good?

Good to hear you got it fixed, it may have just been the HSF wasn't seated completely, who knows.

What benchmark was that in, 3DM05?

thats good then. It means you can play doom 3 on highest settings and still get good frames hehe.
