TV out / TV tuner question
I was looking at a video card that has a TV OUT cabability, but then i also saw some thing thats a TV tuner card that I belive goes in an empty PCI slot or something like that. Whats the difference between the two? I know that the TV tuner isn't a GPU, but whats the difference between just TV OUT or a TV Tuner card?

Nearly every single video card has TV OUT capability. This means the card is equipped with an S-Video connection. With it you can connect your video card to TV sets and use the TV as a monitor.
On the flip side, TV Tuners have a Coax jack that allow you to bring a television signal into the computer. Then you can watch TV on your computer and even record it to your hard drive.
