Graphics card problem
Hi,
I recently updated drivers on my computer and began to experience problems with gaming. I have tried everything and cannot seem to sort the problem out. Basically, after either 5 or 30 minutes playing online (Call of Duty, actually) elements of the game begin to flash on and off. It starts with maybe the helmets of soldiers disappearing then reappearing, then the walls of buildings seem to go invisible then reappear and slowly everything in the game begins to 'flash' on and off like that to make the game unplayable. I have tried rolling back my driver, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I think I have tried it all - I don't think it has anything to do with 'overheating' because I have recently run a test on my fans and I believe them to be doing their job. Any ideas anyone please? |

Could be coincidental that the card is going bad, but I would try turning Norton Off and see if things improve..

And try finding a patch for the game. Need For Speed Underground 2 went all weird when I updated nvidia detonator drivers, but a patch for the game sorted it out.
