2 monitors

I set up 2 monitors the other day and was wondering now is how do we have seperate images on each , I want a game on one and lets say a browser on the other . if possible , TIA

Display properties->Settings tab->check "extend"

do you have two video cards or one card with duel pig tails, if its the latter you can't do it

I just set my game to Window mode and dragged my browser over to the next screen

Yes you can, if it's a dual head card. That's what dual heads are for.

GLC I have a AIW 9600xt with duel pigtails and does not give me the option to have different images on each monitor

The AIW 9600XT is dual head. You don't have it configured correctly if you can't extend the desktop across both monitors.

Pro, just for you info, a great utility I use for multi monitor setups is Ultramon it has all kinds of nice options and features.

Also, if you have a NVidia card you can use the driver control panel to specify which monitor a program opens on. ATI most likely has this as well, I am not sure.
