can t watch video in full mod properly

i all of the sudden have problems with watching videos in full modus. they play perfectly normal when watched in small size but as soon as change to full modus (or not even full mod but as soon as i enlarge)the movement gets kinda robotic (skips a little) and there are also
lines on the screen. i know i have enough memory(768 RAm) so that can t be it. i have
xp sp2 (but i had that problemalso when i had pack 1.so that s not it either ...
i m really out of ideas.it bugs me so much,,can anyone help,pleeeeease?

Can you give us more of your system spec please as to what CPU, graphics card, power supply etc.

Try pressing CTRL SHIFT and ESC and confirm you have that much physical memory available... also check out what other processes/applications are running at the time, order the CPU and memory usage colums in the processes tab to see what is using the most memory.... leave Windows task manager running while you have the video running... and monitor its performance.

What is your PF usage in the performance tab of Task Manager when you are viewing
this video?

And, not that it will make a great deal of difference but what player are you using?

i have

- acer aspire 1400 notebook
- intel pentium 4, 2 GHz, Stepping C 1, hyperthreading
- intel 845 D/Desktop PCI Chipset
- power supply adp - 90 fb

i should probably mention that
before i was connected to the internet everything worked fine.

or and i forgot, to answer your question i use all the common players vlc,real,wm,quicktime...

just wanted to say that found out what the problem was in case someone had the same problem as me..it was just a driver missing . so i went to thze acer website(cause i have acer pc) and downloaded the it vga driver and voila..
