Add a dummy monitor

Hi!

I've been using multiple monitors for a long time and its great. I have three monitors on my desk, two are connected to my first pc and the other to my secondary pc which runs as a server.

Everytime i need to change something on the server i need to grab the server's pair of keyboard&mouse. It would be much easier if i could just go with my mouse 'into' the server's screen and then operate it there.

VNC [www.realvnc.com] makes it possible to remote control a network computer. So, all i need to do now is adding a new monitor. I dont want to add a real one, XP just has to think there is one.

Does anyone know a program that can simulate a monitor or add such a dummy monitor to xp's list of monitors?

THX, Einstein

I know, but I want to have a software solution. I know a program, its called DesktopOne, it installs a virtual videocard which you can use to add a monitor via the network. But this program crashes sometimes and doesnt support high resolution/colors.

Any Idea???
