9800 Pro Rebooting Computer

I installed a Vision Tek 9800 Pro card about a year ago and ever since, I have had problems with the computer rebooting. Never when I was playing a graphic intensive game put usually when I would click on a web site while browsing. Now it's started doing it while playing games. I'm currently running a 430 watt PS and this is the second case and 3rd power supply I've been through so I don't think that's the problem. I've completely uninstalled the video drivers and installed the latest and I've even tried several older drivers but nothing seems to work. And the problem seems to be getting worse. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Welcome to PC Mech forums

First off, can you list your full sys specs including the brand and wattage of your power supply unit? Second of all, you mentioned you are using the latest ATI Cat drivers - do you have version 5.10 or 5.9
