need LCD help
I would like to get an LCD monitor for my computer. I have a 17" CRT now and would like atleast a 17" LCD as well, however I know nothing about LCDs. I will be doing some gamming and graphic editing on it but I want to spend as little as possible. What should I look for in specs?
thanks! |

Hyundai L90D+... one of the cheapest out there, and the best.
Try searching the forums, or alternatively go read some of RJs different posts, that should give you a good enough idea of desirable specs |

Yea cheapest for quality is the Hyundai LD90+. If you want to spend a little more viewsonic has a couple good ones like the vx924 and the vb191 i think it is. I just picked up a dell 2005fpw, its normally $700 but I got it for $400 with dell deals and coupons. So far it has been great with games and movies, the widescreen and higher rez really makes a difference.
