Music license
I have a lot of tracks downloaded from the MSN Music Store. If I try and play them on another computer, it will ask me to reissue the license. Does anyone know if this is permanent? For example, say I have computer A and B. If I buy the track on computer A and get the license for that computer, if I reissue the license to computer B will I have to reissue the license again to computer A in order to play it there? Its just you only get 3 reissues.

Simple answer is yes.
Easy fix is to burn CD's (audio CDs, not mp3 CDs) of the licensed audio on computer A and rip them to computer B (as long as your license allows for CD creation).

Thanks for the info. It is best to legally download my tracks, but I wish it wasn't as confusing as it is!
