Problem with GeForce 6200 PCI card
Hi
I'm having trouble with a newly build system. After installing this video card, the computer will make NO POST beeps. The Soltek K890Pro-939 shows #26 on the onboard LED and won't go any further through the POST. If I uninstall the video card, I get one long, 2 short beeps and system continues through with the POST (LED ends at FF). I have no other PCI video card available to test (only AGP, not supported by motherboard). System: Soltek SL-K890-Pro-939 AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3250823AS 250GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA150 CHAINTECH SV62TC-T2 Geforce 6200TC support up to 256MB 64-bit PCI Express x16 Video Card If it is a bad video card, shouldn't I get some beeps? |
