optical to 3x 1/8"

I got an xbox 360 and the vga cable so I can play in HD on my monitor, but cannot get 5.1 sound unless I use the optical audio, and my 5.1 Logitechs don't have optical in. Is there a way to convert optical to 3x 1/8" (3.5mm)?

I think you may be out of luck. The optical connection uses a digital signal, and the Logitechs are analog speakers.

Tin is correct - the Logitech's only have analog 5.1 inputs, and although there is a toslink to coax converter, it wouldn't help in this case.

Well, I wouldn't say it's nonexistant. If you really wanted to you could use a home theater receiver with an optical input and line level pre-outs. However, I'm guessing that is a few hundred dollars that you do not want to spend. It would be rather impractical as well because you could upgrade to the Logitech Z-5500's, with an onboard digital decoder, for less money.
