Best USB TV Tuner?
Whew. It's been a long time PC-Mech. I missed ya. Haha.
Anyways, I am looking for one of the better or best USB TV Tuners for my laptop. I bought the ATI USB 2.0 TV Wonder thing and it worked alright with TV but when I played my PS2 on it, there was a bit of a pause between pushing the button and it actually happening and that makes for some very frustrating gameplay. The main reason I want a TV tuner for my laptop is so I can play my PS2 without having to lug around a TV with me. The watching television thing is just a plus! Thanks in advance, Miles |

Not totally sure about USB tuners out there, but I'm afraid they will all be that way. Maybe not, though.
