What should I upgrade?

I just bought this new pc and i wanna know what to upgrade CPU: AMD Athlon™ 64 3500+ Processor (64-bit with AMD64 Technology)

i was looking more at the video card because i have no idea what its about and cant figure it out nor the audio and is the prosscessor or ram any good?

So you have an eMachines with integrated video and an open PCI-E video slot. The power supply may be the limiting factor here in any proposed video upgrade. Open the case and check the specs on the power supply or contact eMachines and ask them what video card upgrades this machine will support.

You onboard sound is a 5.1 system and may surprise you simply by adding a decent 5.1 speaker system like something from Logitech. Yours probably came with 2 small speakers. You can always add a sound card later if you're unhappy with the onboard.
