6600GT FAN problem!

My fan is not working. I have just received two of these cards in the mail today. The first card, works great. I am putting the other card in my other computer. The fan is plugged into the card and I put the 5pin power connection in the card. Why is the fan not working?!

When you spin the fan, does it seem a little resistant? I'm sure you probably have done this now, but check the wiring. I would probably RMA it. You should probably be able to get another one within two weeks or so.

Yeah, it had some resistance. I hooked up a 9v to the positive and negative terminals and it didn't even work. I am getting a RMA replacement.
