Asus TV Tuner

I have an Asus TV Tuner Card 880. It came with 6 cds.. I installed the driver CD which came with Tuner Drivers, Video Security, Remote Controller. When I go in to Video Security and click Start, it says Detecting and doesn't change.

Am I do this wrong? That is the only cd I installed. The cds:

PowerDVD
Asus PowerVCR II 3.0 Standard
AsusDVD XP
Asus PowerDirector 2.1 ME Pro
Asus Medi@Show SE 2.0

I'm going from very, very old (and maybe unreliable) memories since I haven't installed an Asus card in a long while, but I'm thinking that the security function needs a hooked up camera / web cam of some sort to function. Are there details in the owner's manual?

There is a manual.. but it doesn't say anything good. Only says how to install the cds.. How do I get it working so I can watch tv? I want to use coax cable. The drivers are installed and everything..
