What't the difference

DDR vs. DDR2 vs. DDR3 and 128 bit vs. 256 bit.
are these important.
For the cards below.
POWERCOLOR X800GTO128MB
GECUBE RX1600PRO-256M PCIE Radeon X1600PRO
Which of these cards will be good for playin games. they are both 115

DDR, DDR2, and DDR3 are just newer memory technologies... it's good to have a newer one, but usually not going to affect performance.

256-bit memory is fairly important for good bandwidth in a graphics card. Although I have a 128-bit 6600gt and it works fine for its class.

If it were up to pure gaming performance, I would pick the X800 GTO without hestitation.
