New LCD question
Just got a new 19" LCD monitor(Norwood Micro). Looks great with regular PC apps but when playing a DVD movie I get this weird color bleed into the image from the black letter box area. Problem with the monitor,video card, video player, or the mystical problem that has never been seen before?
