Dell Inspiron 1100 Bios Video issue

Okay fellas heres my problem. I have owned my dell inspiron 1100 for going on two years now, and for some dumb reason I decided to flash my bios. I do belive I was running A06 and flashed it to the latest A32 bios. In the bios settings the UMA VIDEO MEMORY only allows me to set it from 1 to 8 mb. I have the intel 845GL graph controller and it is supposed to utalize 64mb of memory. I tried to flash the bios back to A06 but keep getting a phlash16 error. Also sometimes the bios only recognizes 64mb of my 512mb of system memory, and then I power the pc off go back into the bios and it reads 512mb again. My major concern is the 8mb of video I need to find someway to get it back up to 64mb where it should be.
