Exclamation Subwoofer next to my computer?

Hi guys,

Is it dangerous or bad for my computer if my subwoofer is next to it? Theres a 1 inch wooden stand that sits next to my computer and then the subwoofer is on teh other side of it doing the music. DOes it hurt?

thanks

It takes a large magnetic field to cause problems with hard drives, so your pretty safe in that respect. But, EMF could induce electronic noise into the computer.

Subs next to crt's can be a problem. Sometimes causes artifacting on the screen. Haven't heard of other issues.

THanks

The 20in CRT is like 5 ft away from the subwoofer so i doubt ther will be a problem. I dont think there will be a problem with the subwoofer next to the case either. Unless the base is extremely loud which wont be happening

thanks guys..
