DVI max cable length
I am buying a video projector, screen and PC for an auditorium setup. The projector will be mounted in the ceiling. I have done this before with the standard HD15 SVGA type connector and run cables 100 feet or so with no problem.
The new projectors have DVI connectors but I did not find any long (100+ foot) DVI cables on www.cablestogo.com . What is the max length for a DVI signal / cable? Do I have to stick with analog signals to go that distance? Thanks, Dwight |
